Steam Bath

Steam Bath is a steam filled Room for the purpose of relaxation and cleansing. It has a long history, going back to Greek and Roman times. They understood the rewards of rich moist steam cleanse both for hygiene and the feel of soft silky smooth skin afterwards. Finns too have taken advantages of purifying qualities of Steam over the years. Treasuring a daily bath to unwind stiff muscles, stimulate blood flow and re-emerge whole once more.

Steam Bath increases blood circulation, relaxing muscles, stiff joints and deeply cleanses the skin just by entering the room.

The combination of temperature and humidity is used in steam baths and sauna to stimulate significant bodily reactions thus awakening the body reactivity mechanisms.

Steam Bath Conditions is high humidity (85% - 90%) combined with a lower temperature (40C – 50C)

STEAM GENERATOR:

a) Application: Individual Households, Apartment Clubhouses, Hotels, Resorts, Spas, Gymnasiums, Ayurvedic Treatment and Any other such Beauty & Health Centers.

b) Size: 385mm x 330mm x 155mm

c) Steam Capacity/Output: 3 KW – 24 KW.

d) Power Ratings: 1 Phase/3 Phase, 220V/440V, 50 Hz’s.

e) Specifications:

* Inner Shell: Steam Generator Inner tank is made up of 302 Grade Stainless Steel and covered with Fire Resistance thermal insulation for better protection.

*Outer Cover: Steam Generator Outer cover is made up of MS/SS with Corrosion resistance synthetic powder coating.

*Heating Elements: Steam Generators are fitted with heavy duty SS industrial heating elements.

*Drain System: Steam Generator is fitted with the manual drain facility to empty the tank after usage. Provision also can be done for auto Drain system.

*Time Settings: preset Steam Room timing can be set in the LCD Steam control unit in the range of 1Minutes to 99 Minutes (Ideal Steam Bath session is 20 Min to 30 Min). However if one wants to run the steam generator uninterrupted same can be done in the settings.

*Temperature Settings: Preset Steam Room temperature can be set in the LCD Steam control unit in the range of 1 Degree to 60 Degree Celsius (Ideal Steam Room Temp is 45-50 Degree C)

f) Safety Features:

* Pressure Release Valve: Steam Generator is fitted with the Pressure release valve, in case of any steam pressure built up in the shell beyond the limits same can be automatically released by Pressure release valve.

*Dry Run Protection: Steam Generator is fitted with Dry run protection unit, in case of any interruptions in the water supply, Unit will automatically stops functioning or shuts down to protect the overheating of heating elements and Fire hazards.

*System mall Function Protection: Steam Generator is fitted with the System Mall Function protection unit. In case of any snags in the unit like thermal sensor cables are snapped then Generator will automatically stops functioning or shuts down.
